By accepting the transmission of contact data, you expressly and unequivocally consent to your personal data, namely: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, being processed by the
Click Maximo Imobiliare SRL Agency and by partners - collaborators, in order to contact you for the purpose of offering a credit or insurance product. If you express your option to contract such a credit or to conclude an insurance policy, your personal data, previously mentioned, will also be used for the purpose of starting the granting analysis, by the Bank, as well as for obtaining the insurance offer. You agree that the processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations that is performed on personal data, by automatic or non-automatic means, such as collection, registration, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, transmission to third parties, combination, blocking, deletion, destruction.
In order to fulfill the object of the contract between Click Maximo Imobiliare SRL and the partner Banks/Companies, the latter is obliged to transmit to the Promoter certain information about your identity and the loan granted/the value of the insurance.
Grounds for processing: your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (a) GDPR)
If you do not agree to the transmission of this information, the partner banks/companies will not be able to process your request related to granting the loan/concluding the insurance policy.
I agree that my name and the loan amount/insurance amount will be communicated by the partner Banks/Companies for the purpose mentioned above.

Neither party (User or Administrator) can be held liable for the (total/partial) non-performance or delayed performance of its obligations, if these were caused by force majeure. The parties will immediately notify each other of the force majeure event and will take all necessary measures to limit the consequences of the event.
If the force majeure event does not cease within 15 days, the parties have the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement without claiming damages.
Force majeure will be proven according to law.
Conflict resolution. Applicable law
Any conflict arising between SC Click Maximo Imobiliare SRL and Users will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the first avenue of resolution is mediation, under the law, and if this fails, the competent courts will be consulted.
Fraud
Entering data that is not in accordance with reality (personal data, offers for sale or rental), creating multiple accounts, in order to benefit from promotions or any behavior that is not in accordance with normal usage are prohibited and will be considered attempted fraud.
The owner and administrator of the website www.clickmaximo.ro reserves the right to suspend the accounts thus created and to withdraw the benefits related to ongoing promotions, to cancel the account without prior notice, notification, other formalities or compensation.
Any attempted fraud or any fraud (such as, but not limited to: accessing www.clickmaximo.ro Users' data, altering the content of the site, etc.), will be punished according to criminal law.
Final provisions
